This is an 8′ tall welded wire deer fence installed by Academy Fence Company at a residential property. The Customer wanted to prevent deer entry and protect their garden, so Academy Fence pulled through with an extension for their post and rail fence! The wire is 2in x 4in black vinyl coated welded wire. This is desired by many customers because , as you can see in the photo it is nearly invisible. The posts are black coated knock in post. 6' Decorative Aluminum Playground Fence3

Put up for B’nai Isreal Temple/School in Millburn, NJ, this 72″ playground fence provides great protection for the children at recess time. Academy Fence Company installed this in 2013. The fence perfectly fits the needs of the school, because it provides security while allowing for teachers and overseers to keep a close eye on the children from a far. The picture was taken in 2018, 5 years after the fence was professionally erected. It is commercial grade meaning the pickets are 3/4 inch square, not 5/8 inch like on residential grade aluminum picket.

6' Chesterfield Vinyl Fence Lattice Top

Located in a disguished residential neighborhood in Millburn, Essex County, New Jersey, Academy Fence Installed this 6 ft high vinyl fence (2010) by Bufftech. Due to the extreme grade, the customer went with our recommendation for a stepped style fence atop their 6 x 6 railroad ties. Note the picture has been taken in 2018, nearly 9 years after the original fence job was installed. This is a great example of the durability of a PVC fence.

The fence style is Jerith 202 or Starling, the picket size is 5/8th inch and there are three horizontal rails. Notice the rail on the very top. This is an alternative to having points on the top making it safer for children.

Installed for New Jersey American Water in Millburn, New Jersey, this 72″ Chainlink security fence was installed to cease trespassing and protect curious pedestrians. Academy Fence Company hiked through the woods to this abandoned pump station to accomplish the customer’s requests.

This 54 in high ornamental aluminum picket fence was installed by Academy Fence Company in Short Hills, NJ. The customer incorporated the fence with shrubbery and landscaping, as you can see them actively using their gardening tools. The style is 202 or Starling and black in color.

Wrought Iron Repair

Take a look at this old fashioned, real, wrought iron fence in Short Hills , NJ. Academy Fence Company repaired it so it will continue to last for many more years. It is a 3/4 inch thick picket, ‘wrought iron’ fence. Real ‘wrought iron fence’ means that the pickets and rails are solid steel, not tubular (hollow) steel like modern ornamental aluminum and steel fencing. Traditionally wrought iron was used around churches and cemeteries.
