Townhouse Privacy Partition1

This tan pvc lattice top fence partition is installed at a townhouse to divide the backyard for privacy. We installed it behind a residence on Morris Avenue in Summit, NJ. This enabled the customer to have a more private patio experience when barbecuing and entertaining guests. The exact fence material is a Chesterfield, lattice top. natural clay color, Certagrain® texture, manufactured by CertainTeed Bufftech.

Weathered Cedar Shadowbox Fence

This is a 4 foot high cedar shadowbox wood fence that we installed in 2011 to divide a property line in Summit, NJ. The picture was taken in 2018 and shows what a white cedar wood fence will look like long after it is installed. The cedar stays ‘true’ and is less likely to experience warping than most other kinds of wood commonly used for fencing in the Northern New Jersey area. Over time the look of cedar wood softens, leaving a warm pleasant look for many years.

Residential Aluminum Perimeter Fence1

This is the most classic style, 101 or Longspur, of all ornamental aluminum picket fence’s. It is installed along the rear perimeter property line in a residential neighborhood in Summit, NJ. The individually pointed pickets mimic those of old fashion wrought iron fences, which were very heavy solid steel. In a residential kind of way, this style gives a stately and reverent look. Most times people find the weathered light silver tone warm and charming. Other woods used to make wood fence, such as spruce or pressure treated, tend to weather to a much less desirable darker rotted appearance.

This is a slightly weathered cedar wood picket fence installed by Academy Fence in Summit NJ. The spindle pickets are actual 1 1/2 inch square which give it a traditional New England look. The white cedar wood is preferred as it ages to a soft silver gray color. The picture was taken more than 3 years after it was installed.
